  Going with Harvey Norman Flooring was a disaster, first when I tried to book the installation it was a nightmare to get it booked; every time I call I get told we will call you back. Once it was finally booked and the date arrived, the installers showed up around mid-day, as they try to do multiple jobs at the same time. They said they will finish the job but did not and then to make it worst carpet for some areas was forgotten from the order. I have half done job, when called Harvey Norman they simply said Ok we not sure what happen we will order it now, I tried to explain the inconvenience it is creating for but sadly they don’t understand as well.

  My parents have paid deposit on carpet to be put into 4 bedrooms 2 weeks ago... the house has been measured up.. my father has rung twice to find out installation date to be told well ring you. He went back into store yesterday to be told ill ring you tomorrow ... still no call ... very dissapointing and terrible custometr service ... we still have not heard from Harvey Norman ...

  Received fast, knowledgable service. Service and expertise is the reason you visit a Harvey Norman, and I was more than happy with my visit. They hold stock in a warehouse nearby, which is slightly strange but means they have large amounts of stock and should always have what you want. I visited the electronic section and purchased a soundbar - I can't speak for the furniture section, but the range of furniture looked impressive.
