  Very unprofessional behind the service desk. I had them look at my battery charger for my cordless drill. I was told they would do a service on my drill for no extra charge..Trying to get in contact with them to see if it was ready to be picked up took 5 days. Get there to pick it up and my bill comes to $145... $10 to put my drill back together after servicing it... unbelievable.. (when I take my car in for a service it's back all together, not in pieces.. can you believe that..) not to mention the remaining $135 for a brand new charger that I did not agree on purchasing. All in all found them pretty money hungry! Look else where for a decent professional power tool service team!

  This was my first time in Beyond Tools. All i can say is WOW. there is a reason they are the " go to" tool store. The range in store is huge. and the staff were amazing. they were full of knowledge and very friendly. thanks again. I will definitely be back soon!

  Huge store and great range of wood working machinery. Very helpful. Needed a new switch for my old machine and the guys behind the service desk sorted me out.
