  Absolute rubbish, the paint has faded in 7 years and is peeling off. The customer service is shocking, no one wants to know so basically the 20 year guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. When they thought they were getting a quote I had a return call in less than 5 minutes, when they realised it was a complaint I heard nothing. It has been an ongoing issue for almost 12 months, they eventually took a tile for 'testing' and lost it. The best they offered was to supply the paint to re-paint it, but we would have to foot the bill of almost $4,000 labour. Disgusting when it is faulty workman ship. I am now taking legal action. Avoid with a barge pole.

  Awful experience. They "fixed my roof" to stop the leaks situated in 3 areas. They have since been back out twice as the same places are still leaking and I have stains on my ceilings again after painting. Now they are saying it's not the tiles but the box gutter and it'll be more money. They are refusing to do the work for free so basically I have paid 2 grand for work for no reason. AVOID!!

  BEWARE! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THESE THIEVES. THEY WILL HAPPILY CARRY OUT WORK AND NOT COMPLETE IT PROPERLY. ALMOST 2 YEARS LATER AND THEY STILL HAVENT FIXED THE LEAKS IN MY ROOF. A PAINTER CHECKED MY CEILING AND SEVERAL SPOTS HAVE MOISURE AND LEAKS STILL. THESE PEOPLE ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS - AVOID WITH A BARGE POLE.

  Just finished the Tile Roof Restoration on Friday i must say from start to end done a professional job started with Ray Estimator, Johanna in the office, Paul did the broken Tile replacement and ridge re-pointing the Roy did the Primer/Sealer and two final coatings.
