  The low point was probably two weeks in when a storm was due on the bureau of metrology forecast and they told me that they , as roofers, knew better and that it wouldn't rain and they didn't need to fit ridge capping to our roof. My husband had to go buy materials to climb on the roof to cover the fist size gaps to prevent the storm, that did come, damaging our house.

  We had advanced roof repairs replace our tin roof. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They visited our house twice to quote us two to three days work.

  The work at the front of the house is of a good standard but work at the rear of the house is below par.

  The quality of work where pool heating was removed is poor, we were not told of a potential problem with tile damage and silicone marring the paint work here, or given the option to pay for extra tiles to avoid the problem. (Which we would have as it was apparently only another $500, a smallish sum considering out total outlay).

  Had a re roof from tile which was fretted and cracking terracotta to zincalume. Job was completed on time and the tradies were very informative and pleasant. Chris explained it the way it would happen and three days later I had a new roof. Mine was a simple roof being A frame and no gutters and downpipes though. Very happy with result and price.

  Company director was approached, but appears unavailable to come out and look at the completed work that we are unhappy with, which is unfortunate.

  In that time I made multiple phone calls to the owner, the guy doing the job and was completely unable to motivate them to finish.

  The wider guttering and downpipes we were told we could have, were unavailable once contract was signed (the apparent ability to provide these was one of the main reasons we chose this company).
